Distribution ERP
Purchasing, inventory, sales and finance modules for a distributor, replacing a set of spreadsheets that were reconciled by hand each month.
Each department kept its own spreadsheet, and closing the month meant matching them by hand.
The ERP connects purchasing, warehouses, sales and finance in one database, so a delivery updates stock and the ledger at the same time and month-end reports come straight from the system.
